Low-Carb Desserts to Devour Guilt Free

I know – saying goodbye to sugar is damn hard! Not only do our brains crave it and happily sabotage our best efforts, but we are surrounded by sugar everywhere we look. Sugar is hiding in 80% of foods in our supermarkets. With sugar comes a heaping dose of guilt too – worrying it’s going to make diabetes worse. Don’t worry -here come the guilt free, low carb desserts.

Have your (low-carb cheese) cake and eat it too.

What if you could satisfy that sweet tooth and still be on track to health and weight loss?

It doesn’t get digested either and doesn’t appear to have any negative side effects.

The only thing you need to be aware of is that it is sweet – that can set off the chemical pathway in the brain for sugar and could mean more cravings.
